Yquem 1949 - 75cl bt (bin soiled)

Transparent tawny. Very rich and gorgeous. Round and quite reminiscent of the 1948 but if anything a little rounder and richer. Long and satisfying. Maybe sleeker than the 1948. Some raisins macerated in oak? Jancis Robinson
