Medium straw-yellow. Rich aromas of lime oil, oatmeal and hazelnut. Big, round and rich, with a distinctly buttery, oily texture to the flavors of candied peach, sexy herbs and grilled nuts. I would have picked this as a Meursault based on its mouth feel. This is not yet showing the personality of the Folatieres, but it's fat, sweet and very young.
