(bottled in March of 2012; 13+% natural alcohol): Bright, saturated red-ruby. Very ripe aromas of kirsch, mocha and chocolate. At once sweet and energetic, with strong acidity framing the flavors of redcurrant and leather. Still tightly wound and not at all fat but boasts very good cut.
